NOW HIRING: Hybrid Bookseller / Marketing Assistant
💵 $15/hr
⏰ 20–30 hrs/wk
🚀 Opportunity for growth in pay + responsibility

Job Responsibilities Include:
✨ Welcome customers + help them discover books they’ll love (friendly smiles required 😍)
✨ Run the register + fulfill in-store & online orders 🛍️
✨ Keep the shop organized, clean & inviting 🌸
✨ Create aesthetic + engaging content (static + video) for our socials and other marketing channels 📱
✨ Connect with followers + help spread the joy of reading 💌
✨ Assist with marketing campaigns + strategy (this is an assistant level role, but ideas encouraged and welcome!) 🎉

Must have these hours available:

📅 Tues, Thurs, Fri → 9:30a–3:30p
📅 2-3 Saturday shifts/month (9:30a-1:30p or 1:15p-5:30p)

📅 Occasional evening hours for events or staff meetings

Note: The candidate may not be scheduled for ALL of these hours each week but must have availability during these hours. The schedule comes out on the 15th of the previous month (9/15 for October's schedule, for example.)
